Whether you are travelling by motorhome, campervan, caravan or wagon we have the perfect site for you. A nice large concrete pad alongside a section on grass, complete with a picnic table. The concrete pads are 3m wide and 8m long. Each site has power, a water tap (portable) and grey - water drains. The grass areas are ONLY suitable for small tents up to 2 x 2 meters MAX. Our powered sites are a short distance to the main facilities block, laundry & TV lounge.

A stylish new addition to our accommodation. Our 2 Bedroom Deluxe Chalet features a flexible layout. Standard configuration is B/R1 King, B/R 2 Queen. The chalet can also be configured as B/R1 x 2 singles, B/R2 Queen. Great for 2 couples travelling / holidaying together or a family. The chalet has a nice, elevated position, a large deck, a kitchen, bathroom and comfy living-dining with aircon and sky TV. A short walk takes you to our playgrounds and our direct access to beautiful Red Beach.

The deluxe sleeps up to 5 people. The Cottage has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a single bed and set of bunk beds. The Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, with a washing machine, just like home. Bathroom facilities with all towels and bedding provided. A flat screen television with Sky TV and an air conditioning unit in the lounge area to make for a comfortable stay. The generous lounge area also doubles as a dining space.

Queen bedroom with ensuite, open plan living-dining  and well equipped kitchenette with fridge freezer, microwave, 2 burner hob, aircon, Freeview TV and a deck to sit out on completes the package. Please feel free to bring the outdoor furniture inside to use for your dining.

Our Self-Contained Cabins have a small deck to enjoy the morning sun and have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a set of bunk beds. These include a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Our Fantail 2 Bedroom Unit has a small deck to enjoy the morning/afternoon sun and has 2 bedrooms both with queen beds. These include a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom facilities. All bedding and towels are supplied. In the comfortable lounge area, there is a flat screen television with Sky TV and air conditioning for your comfort. These units are serviced daily and have a non-smoking policy inside the units Smoking is only allowed in the dedicated smoking zones in the park.

They have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a set of bunk beds. The open plan living area has a kitchenette with a double gas cooktop and fridge / freezer, a lounge area which includes a dining table, a two seater couch and a flat screen television. There is air conditioning for your comfort. All bedding and towels are provided. The accommodation is not serviced but towel swap is available from reception. Please note: Kitchen Cabins do not include a shower or toilet.

Powered Grass tent sites suitable for up to 6 x 6m tents please ensure that your tent, gazebos, awnings etc fit within these measurements. This area is perfect for families, couples or solo travellers. Staying here you are only 30m from the beautiful Red Beach and the Red Beach surf club that is open to Red Beach TOP 10 guests and the wider community for meals Thursday to Friday nights and breakfast on Sunday morning. 

Non - Powered Grass tent sites suitable for up to 6 x 6m tents please ensure that your tent, gazebos, awnings etc fit within these measurements. This area is perfect for families, couples or solo travellers. Staying here you are only 30m from the beautiful Red Beach and the Red Beach surf club that is open to Red Beach TOP 10 guests and the wider community for meals Thursday to Friday nights and breakfast on Sunday morning. 

Park View Lane has 2 grass sites, they both have power, water, drainage and are close to the facilities block, TV lounge, BBQ area and are a short walk from the playgrounds, main beach access and Jacobs Ladder. Both are suitable for tents up to 4.5m x 4.5m  and site 13 can take a small campervan up to 5m MAX.

In the comfortable lounge area, there is a flat screen television with Sky TV and air conditioning for your comfort. The unit is serviced daily and has a non-smoking policy inside the unit. Smoking is allowed in the dedicated smoking zones in the park.

Our popular Park View Lane area has 2 sites that are concrete paved areas without a grass section. They are close to the main TV Lounge, amenities block and communal covered BBQ and an outdoor dining area with a shade sail. They are only suitable for cars, vans or small campervans. They are not suitable for tents. There is an easy access dump station 200m away.  These sites are just a short stroll to our playgrounds and Red Beach or private beach accessed down Jacobs ladder. 

These sites sizes vary please call us to ensure we put you on a suitable size site. These sites sit just above the Park View Lane facilities block and are close to our playground and beach access is short stroll away. They all have power, water and grey - water drainage. They are suitable for tents, campervans and some can take caravans although maneuvering space is limited. 

All our Waterways sites take Motorhomes up to 7m but some will take larger vehicles. If your Motorhome is longer than 7m please call us at reception to see if one of our larger sites are available. These sites have a large concrete pad alongside a section of grass, complete with a picnic table. These sites are close to some showers and toilets and are a short distance to the main facilities block with TV lounge & BBQ.

A sheltered, powered grass site handy to toilets and showers in a quiet area of the camp. 7m x 7.5m with water and greywater drain. Suitable for tents, remember to allow for your tent ropes and your car that must fit within the site. Suitable for small campervans when dry. 150m from kitchen, laundry and TV/dining room facilities. Just a few minutes walk to the playgrounds and beach.

A powered gravel site handy to toilets and showers in a quiet area of the camp. 5.5m wide x 8.5m long with water and greywater drain. Suitable only for campervans. 150m from kitchen, laundry and TV/dining room facilities. Just a few minutes walk to the playgrounds and beach.

Our Avenue powered grass sites are away from the main camp and are more suited to tents and small cars. These site can allow up to a 7x 4m tent MAX with a small vehicle beside. All these sites have power and water. There is a 90m walk to your closest facilities. There are great views for the heights but they can catch the cool breeze too. These sites are just a short stroll to Jacobs Ladder with a longer walk to the playgrounds & Red Beach itself.

Our Avenues powered gravel sites are away from the hustle & bustle of the main camp in our permanent holiday caravan area and are suitable for smaller campervans or motorhomes. There is a short walk to The Avenues facilities that include showers, toilets a laundry and a kitchen. Our playgrounds and beaches are a few minutes walk away.
